Responsibilities:Responsible for inbound and outbound goods movement, procurement, and inventory managementDealing with issues, stock ageing, critical stock, and slow-moving stockCoordinate store activities and delegate to picker/packerDesign floor layout and outline proceduresStock control, receipts, issues transfers and data captureOversee off-site storesForecast demand for all warehouses and process purchase ordersEnsure that goods are stored safelyHousekeeping and training of store staffProduce inventory reports (issues, purchases, stock on hand, obsolete stock, receipts)Procurement of spare and consumablesPerform periodic stock counts (weekly and annually)Update data on BPORespond to customer queries pertaining to stock and deliveriesMonitor critical stock items and re-orderProcessing of defect reports and liaising with major suppliersOrganize collection and disposal of used items to the supplierVehicle trip sheet and vehicle inspections Requirements2-3 years experience in stores and dealing with inventory processesAttention to detailExperience on MS ExcelBPO experience advantageousDue to the high volume of applications received, only suitable candidates who meet the criteria of this vacancy will be contacted.
