Duties & Responsibilities REQUIREMENTS:Matric5-8 Years relevant experience in a leasing environmentRetail leasing experience Valid Fidelity Fund CertificateDUTIES:Leasing team Management (people management)Management of all administration:Co-ordinates and manages operations of the leasing team.Assistance with complex deals in order to achieve favourable outcomesDay to day management of staff, including recruitment development and performance management.Contract creation and workflow processClient & Broker Liaison:Attend to and answer client / tenant/ broker queriesInform clients of available spaceRender service to potential clientsMonitor outstanding lease documentation.Discuss alternatives and make recommendations.Compile and distribute vacancy schedule to all brokersProspecting:Analyze required tenant mix for property.Do market segmentationIdentify potential clients for specific premises.Canvassing:Advertise vacant premisesApproach existing clients and network.Canvass potential clients for vacant premises.Negotiation and Conclusion:Bargaining for the best possible lease terms and conditions.Arrange for the financial and personal approval of the potential client.Facilitate the client’s installation requirements.Conclude standard lease agreement.
