Your Responsibilities will include: Lead and mentor our team of instructional designers, organizing workloads, setting priorities, and delivering results; Oversee day-to-day operations, monitor team performance and report on progress; Support the development of corporate learning experiences to improve onboarding, performance, and the growth of employees aligned with the company’s vision and values; Create learning solutions for external clients; Manage, curate, and upskill the ID team to assist with development of trainings for INFUSE teams; Effectively communicate with Educational Architect and Head of the Department by proactively sharing key metrics, feedback, and insights. Drive open dialogue, ensuring transparent and timely reporting; Implement effective evaluation approaches to identify training impact and improvement opportunities; Demonstrate comfort, flexibility, and adaptivity in a fast-paced environment that requires team members to take on a range of responsibilities; Assist with other departmental tasks as needed. What we are looking for in our ideal candidate: Excellent knowledge of learning theories, instructional design models, and impeccable English writing skills; Minimum 3 years of Mid-/Senior-level ID role experience or similar role within L&D department; 1+ year of experience managing a team; Entrepreneurial, persistent, and resourceful, with the ability to learn quickly; Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships; Highly collaborative spirit; Comfortable with ambiguity; A can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done; Ability to work proactively in an ambitious, fast-growing, and dynamic environment and be OK with adapting to change.
