Overview Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a Section Engineer to fill a position in Phalaborwa, Limpopo. Responsibilities Driving Maintenance KPIs of permanent employees, contractors and subcontractors to ensure vehicle / equipment availability, reliability and optimization Manage overall team management performance Financial / Budget Control in terms of Mining Maintenance activities Managing of change process regarding any deviations to Maintenance activities and work scope Manage the establishment of Engineering standards, specifications, and service levels according to organizational objectives to ensure maximum operational availability Implement CI initiatives by keeping abreast of developments and introducing change in work processes where appropriate (Cost reductions and cost avoidances) Ensure and Maintain Legal Compliance, Audits, and Governance Requirements B Eng/BSc/BTech/National Diploma discipline, National Certificate Relevant Mechanical or Electrical Trade Certification Mines and Works GCC 5 years of experience as a Section Engineer, preferably in a plant/opencast environment Benefits   Salary: R1.7M/yr – R1.9M/yr, negotiable  Training & Development  Family Leave You are also welcome to contact Esmari Marais on LinkedIn or call them on 021 551 8638 Please note that correspondence will only be conducted with shortlisted candidates for this position.
