CORPORATE SERVICES ● FACILITIES MANAGEMENT HEAD: FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGY TCOE SALARY COMMENCING FROM R1 174 257 to R1 633 009 PER ANNUM ●REFNO:CS85/24 ● FICUS BUILDING, PAROW Requirements: Relevant B degree in Information Technology or a related field Eight (8) years’ relevant experience in programme management, facilities systems management, or related fields, with a strong track record of implementing successful business improvement initiatives Proven competence with extensive use of SAP as an ERP system A valid driver’s licence. Key performance areas: Development of a holistic technology strategy that aligns with the Facilities Management department’s long-term goals Identify opportunities for process improvement within the business analysis practice and contributing to the technological enhancement of FM Develop and maintain an FM Master Data and systems technology repository Take a proactive and leadership-driven role in guiding, promoting, and ensuring the successful implementation of unique information systems technologies, impactful initiatives within the Facilities Management Department Ensure the effective management of contracts and tenders Manage, develop and plan system expansion, upgrades, replacements and enhancements of the Technologies Infrastructure inclusive of FM Security Systems Provide specialised information system knowledge of facility management systems and technologies Ensure the provision of a reliable optimised end-to-end building service solution system Develop and implement strategy, standards, and a management plan Develop and manage the FM technology needed to support the FM business inclusive of: Data Systems Information Technology Systems Operational Technology Systems Building relationships with internal and external IT partners to facilitate the optimisation of the IT and OT systems.
