Job Description: Responsible for defining and embedding of the master data strategy and the governance models for SSA, aligned to PepsiCo standard [ads1] Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the cleansing initiatives for the data elements identified; Creation&updates of the project data cleansing, integrity and readiness plan and alignment of the plan with overall SSA PGT program plan; as well as with vendors / external teams involved. Define consistent data standards and rules across the organisation, aligned to PGT standards; Specify the policies, procedures and business rules for how data is created and maintained; Testing off for master data create, change and delete approval processes Manage mapping data rules between old system and new system where required; Support data cost estimation for *** preparation; Formulate data cleansing strategies, aligned to rules and agree rules and process with business; Define the Data scope in collaboration with PGT Global Team based on PGT Template and SSA Scope; Job Requirements: Strong functional understanding of key data objects (Material, Customer, Vendor etc.) and application of data rules in the Consumers Goods business. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization SAP data experience minimum of 10 years. Strong analytical skills Minimum Bachelor’s degree is required. Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments Good understanding of SSA business and how data impact process and reporting Good experience in SAP Transformation projects Ability to work collaboratively across project teams.
