Our client based in Paarl, a leading independent financial services company is recruiting for a Insurance administrator /  PA to join their team.Requirements:Matric with at least 5 years, experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably, to the Financial Services industryOR a B-Degree with at least two-or-more years, experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably, but not limited to the Financial Services industryMust be computer literate on a basic to intermediary level on Microsoft Office softwareMust have excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and EnglishMust have excellent interpersonal, time management and organizational skillsMust be able to work independently with the ability to multitask and prioritize workloadsMust have the ability to follow established processesOwn transport and cell phone is mandatory. Responsibilities:Keeping of electronic diary and organizing the advisor’s time managementPreparing of reports, presentations, and other correspondenceCoordinate engagements and events, keeping of notes, scheduling of meetings, booking of venue’s etcFirst point of contact with client enquiriesMaintain client relationsRecord keeping of client data on relevant data base systemPreparation of client files according to legislationLiaising with staff and suppliers when necessaryAttending to client consultations for new business and service-related needsMaintaining of existing businessDeveloping and presenting financial planning recommendations and/or alternatives to clientsTo have a holistic approach to financial adviceEstablishing and defining a professional relationship with clientsAnalyzing and evaluating of financial informationThe implementation of financial planning recommendationsThe monitoring of the financial planning recommendationsOversee the administration of a financial planning practice, including but not limited to compliance, revisions, marketing opportunities, etc.
