KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Advocate of learning culture: Manage employee development in a planned manner in accordance with the MCSA strategy. Manage formal students: Act as custodian of learning and development standards of the locality. Enable transformation through learning and development. REQUIRED EDUCATION ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Degree in General Nursing Science and Midwifery. DESIRED EDUCATION: Postgraduate qualification in nursing education. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years experience as a Professional Nurse practitioner in a hospital environment; at least 2 years experience in a learning and development role. DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Postgraduate qualification in nursing education.
