[ads1] Job Responsibilities: Demonstrate an understanding of risk parameters by managing client relationships according to credit principles Comply with risk standards, policies and procedures through training and development as required by group compliance framework Build relationships with internal stakeholders through communication and networking as determined by client needs. Deliver banking solutions that meet client needs through understanding of client’s business and needs through relationship management. Collaborate with third parties by engaging with them as guided by requirements of solutions delivered to clients. Improve results by tracking and analysing financial reports against agreed measures. Manage resources (time, processes and support teams) to optimize value against client expectations. Complete tasks through planning and reviewing against set targets. Understand clients business and needs through proactive client relationship management according to portfolio mandate. Job Requirements: Managing conflict situations Analysing and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data Conducting root cause analysis Drafting reports Degree in Business or Finance (e.g. BSc Economics, B Com, Certified Associate of the Institute of Bankers, FAIS Accreditation Regulatory Examination Level 1. Interacting with diverse people 2-3 years in a relationship management or banking environment Building and maintaining effective relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders Analysing situations or data that requires an evaluation of multiple factors Developing ways to minimise risks Interacting with various levels of management Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate Working with a group to identify alternative solutions to work situations.
