As a Contracts Manager in the clothing retail industry, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the contracts for the company's various retail stores. This includes negotiating contract terms, ensuring compliance, and resolving any contract-related issues that may arise. Responsibilities Manage and oversee all contracts for the company's retail stores Negotiate contract terms and conditions with suppliers and vendors Ensure compliance with contractual obligations Resolve any contract-related issues and disputes Maintain contract records and documentation Monitor and evaluate contract performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth contract implementation and execution Stay updated on industry trends and changes in relevant laws and regulations Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the retail industry Strong knowledge of contract management principles, practices, and standards Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret contract terms and conditions Ability to manage multiple contracts and prioritize tasks Proficiency in contract management software and tools Knowledge of clothing retail operations is a plus Benefits Contact Hire Resolve for you next career-changing move.
