Hire Resolve is currently assisting a leading chemical manufacturing company based in Western Cape in their search for a skilled and experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain and logistics operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of products. As a Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist, you will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and distributors to optimize inventory levels, coordinate transportation activities, and monitor the overall performance of the supply chain. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in supply chain management, experience in the chemical manufacturing industry, and knowledge of logistics and transportation processes.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is requiredCertified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) can be advantageousMinimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain logistics, in the Chemical IndustryProficiency in software systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systemsFamiliarity with regulations governing the transport and storage of chemicalsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBenefitsContact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
