As a Retail Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of retail campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients, understanding their business objectives, and serving as the main point of contact. Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for growth and propose effective retail marketing strategies. Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and implement retail marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives and brand guidelines. Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns, including coordination with creative teams, media planning, and monitoring campaign performance. Strategic Thinking: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients. Work closely with internal teams to develop innovative and effective retail solutions that drive results. Budget Management: Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring the delivery of high-quality campaigns within budget constraints. Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to clients and internal stakeholders. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and digital, to ensure seamless execution of retail campaigns. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment within the agency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in retail account management within an advertising or marketing agency. Strong understanding of retail marketing trends and consumer behavior. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
