Responsibilities: Lead the re-architecture of the customer experience (CX) foe National Branch Level, leveraging event-driven and domain-driven architectures. Design scalable and efficient digital banking solutions using Java, .Net, Spring, Kubernetes, and Kafka. Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify potential risks in solution designs and implement mitigation strategies to ensure reliability and security. Contribution to Codebase: Contribute to the codebase by implementing high-impact solutions and upholding coding standards. Team Empowerment: Empower engineering teams by providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for growth. Explore and implement open-source solutions, contributing to the community and leveraging existing tools and frameworks.
