As an Infrastructure Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's AWS infrastructure. This includes servers, networks, and cloud environments. You will work closely with other teams to ensure the availability, scalability, and security of infrastructure resources to enable the development and operation of working software.ResponsibilitiesDeliver infrastructure functionality using business selected technologies.Contribute to the design components of the company's systems as and when needed.Fulfill infrastructure needs via scripting.Remain within budget on implementation of infrastructure.Work closely with stakeholders and provide feedback regularly fordelivery objectives.Understand, comply, and contribute to security policies and processes.Manage the timely support from stakeholders whilst keeping them up to date.Actively contribute to documentation, both in content and standard.Reduce constraints to releasing software via DevOps practices.Propose and build metrics to monitor and provide data-driven inputs to improve all delivery.Take leadership in discussions and assist in strategy.Evaluate technology and build boundaries of use, such as SOPs, around technology offered to the business.Provide accurate forecasts of cost levers associated with the underlying technology, total project fee and ongoing running fees.Give security guidance and help implement standards in multiple teams.Understand the limitations of the technology selected and continually improve all elements of knowledge sharing so that organization is empowered.Remove infrastructure-related impediments to Development, Data, and Operation Team deliveries.QualificationsPreferably a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of work experience on AWS.AWS Cloud Practitioner certification at least, more advanced certification is favourable.Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools and configuration management systems.Experience with scripting languages such as Python and Bash.Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and security best practices.Understanding of DevOps principles and practices.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
