We are looking for an HR Administrator who is passionate about human resources and is ready to support our HR department in various administrative functions. The role The HR Administrator will be based in our Cape Town office, but report into our Head of People and Culture in our UK office. Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending job offers. Assisting in employee onboarding and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Conducting orientation and 101 training sessions. Assisting in the management of employee performance evaluation processes and assisting with performance improvement plans. Assisting in compensation and benefits administration, including salary benchmarking and rewards programs. Contributing to organisational development initiatives. Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases. Handling administrative tasks, such as preparing HR-related documents and correspondence. Requirements Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar role. Knowledge of HR functions and best practices. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and well as the Google Suite of products. We are A google Cloud operation. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Beneficial Familiarity with HR software and databases is a plus.
