About the role As a NetSuite Administrator, you will join our dynamic Finance department and will be responsible for the daily administration and support of our NetSuite ERP system, ensuring its optimal performance and alignment with business processes. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the NetSuite system, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. Provide timely and effective support to end-users, troubleshooting system issues and resolving queries related to NetSuite functionalities via swift actioning of tickets on the NetSuite project management board General ownership and management of the on-going NetSuite projects include communicating updates to task owners and stakeholders across business departments, raising queries and liaising with NetSuite Support desk when necessary Configure NetSuite to meet business needs, including setting up roles, permissions; data input via CSV; maintaining lists, records, forms; building saved searches, and custom reports. Own master data, manage data integrity and quality within NetSuite, including regular data audits and clean-up activities. Develop standardised NetSuite processes, document SOPs, and maintain comprehensive system documentation; deliver training sessions for end-users Manage and coordinate NetSuite updates and new releases with other teams, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and compatibility with existing system customisations. Maintain and monitor performance of integrations between NetSuite and other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow. Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements, and lead initiatives to implement them. Ensure that NetSuite usage complies with company policies, and maintain a high level of system security. About you Degree in Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar role. Proficiency in NetSuite OneWolrd with experience in multi subsidiaries, multi currencies environment, comprehensive knowledge of finance processes (O2C, P2P, R2R) Strong understanding of NetSuite modules, including Financials, and Supply Chain; fluency in saved searches, CSV data import. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to evaluate end users queries to provide best suited solutions Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Familiarity with other ERP systems and business software. Experience in e-commerce, manufacturing or wholesale distribution environments.
