Your duties will include bookings, quotes, job cards, parts ordering, upselling and extensive customer and workshop liaison. It is essential that you have at least 2 years of RECENT Service Advisor experience in a franchised dealership with working knowledge of CDK, Drive, Kerridge or similar.
