Job & Company DescriptionsA manufacturing company is currently looking for a Fixed Asset Controller to join there financial team. The Fixed Asset Controller 's core duties include in this role, you'll handle a range of administrative tasks, customer service duties, and other management-related functions essential for maintaining business operations smoothly and ensuring the accuracy of various information channels. As a Fixed Asset Controller you will responsible for the following:Provide daily assistance to regional managers and stock controllers, aiding in administrative duties and coordination.Fleet management: upkeep of vehicle and trailer asset registers, database maintenance, and analysis of tracker data.Asset management: maintenance of fixed asset registers, allocation of assets to specific regions, and reporting on asset profitability and operational efficiency.Ensure adherence to capital expenditure (***) guidelines and maintain *** trackers.Verify and reconcile living out allowances for accuracy.Review and validate overtime hours submitted against erected boxes.Manage and reconcile Capital Work in Progress (WIP) account and renovation costs.Job Experience and Skills Required:Completed Bcom in financeMinimum of 1 - 2 years experience in a similar positionPastel Evolution experience would be advantageous
