Business Segment: Business & Commercial Banking Leads a multi-disciplinary team who assesses and evaluates lending applications for clients including agricultural and businesses, legal entities based on sound credit risk and affordability assessments, financial principles and credit policies which will support growth of the asset book of the bank with a view of managing credit losses by ensuring sound lending credit principles are applied at all times and that lending is within the Banks risk appetite parameters. This will include the full spectrum of lending products across the segments (including but not limited to specialised lending (trade finance, debtors finance, commercial property finance, and others) dependant on the client requirement. Supports and proactively leads the team to support business partners and ecosystem methodology in understanding and meeting client lending needs, ultimately supporting the Universal Financial Services Organisation aspiration. Qualifications Minimum QualificationsType of Qualification:First DegreeField of Study:Business Commerce ORFinance and Accounting ORAgricultureExperience Required7-10 yearsExperience in intuitive credit assessment and decisioning in relevant segment and products. Knowledge and understanding of financial statements. Knowledge and understanding of repayment structures, collateral and collection processes within the banking environment. Knowledge of products as offered by SBSA across segments.
