Regional Trade Marketing Manager (Cosmetics) – Cape Town. Excellent opportunity to drive our clients luxury brand portfolio across Africa&The Middle East. We require your experience in the cosmetics and skincare sector. Global opportunity to travel into markets across the region and build long lasting relationships internally and externally. We need your experience with commercial analysis, quarterly planning schedules&providing of channel specific trade marketing plans! Requirements: Matric, Marketing degree or similar 5 years’ experience in sales, marketing, trade marketing, business development (FMCG), skincare, cosmetics – must be a global brand Ability to travel locally and internationally Solid knowledge in financial&administrative processes Deadline drive, problem solving with a strong level of energy, enthusiasm, entrepreneurship, and autonomy Management, leadership, analytical&effective planning skills Relationship building with excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, a team player International exposure and multicultural background are a strong plus Duties and Responsibilities: Lead&coordinate Trade Marketing activities for Africa and Middle East markets across on&off trade channels to maximise brand image, sales&profitability. Provide teams in the field (Distribution partners) a structured set of tools&clear executional guidelines to implement activations with a 360 approach. Management of all Advertising&promotion budget Develop tools to measure efficiency of trade activations&ROI to ensure alignment between sales/commercial objectives&marketing strategy. Drive&educate all markets on requirements of merchandising, visibility, POSM and tailored made Develop&manage agencies to ensure best in class execution&maximise ROI on spend. Take on the role as central touch point/bridge between specific markets, region&global stakeholders to coordinate&drive/manage various business objectives. Support markets by managing&coordinating creative brand design requests in conjunction with the production and final implementation in outlets. Utilise data to analyse specific market environments&draw insights from customer and consumer trends as well as keep finger on the pulse of competitor activity. Analyse distribution&market outlet universe to quantify opportunities and ensure we covering adequate availability. Understand pricing in markets that relate to the competitive set, draw insights and provide support/direction in the in market distribution partners. #J-18808-Ljbffr
