Maintain a level of professionalism. Excellent communication skills Must have a clear tone and accent. Must achieve sales targets. Must have great Customer service. Excellent CRM and Dialler skills Matric Certificate Clear Criminal record Clear ITC (Advantageous but not a requirement) Minimum of 1 years Call centre sales experience. Consistent record of meeting sales targets Ability to thrive in highpressure work environments. Strong analytical and telephonic communication skills Expertise in building and maintaining customer relationships. Debt counselling certificate (Advantageous) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent time keeping and attendance records.
