1. Responsible for the sales results in the region, lead the sales team to complete monthly sales tasks 2. According to the overall sales target, divide regional tasks and follow up throughout the process 3. Follow up the team’s sales all the time and assist in resolving store issues 4. Master competitors’ information and policies, and formulate reacting plans, then supervise the execution 5. Conduct regular store visits, store image inspection and store relationship maintenance 6. Follow up the implementation of the standard store image requirement 7. Carry out the management of the team in charge, help FMEs and BAs to improve business capabilities, and assist in solving team’s problems 8. Timely inform the team of the company's policies, follow up and check the team’s implementation and results 9. Ad-hoc duties when required by the company Desired Experience&Qualification Min 3 Years Telecommunications Sales experience Regional Manager experience will be an advantage National Senior Certificate (Matric Certificate) Tertiary qualification - advantage Strong communication skills Self motivated Strong admin skills with basic excel knowledge PowerPoint knowledge Extrovert Valid drivers license (Code B) Own vehicle Attention to details Must be able to work well under pressure Strong time management skills Strong negotiation skills Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate: Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelors (Preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
