Proactively identify and manage risks within the division/ unit. People Management: Manage staff appointments. Manage Performance&Development of staff. General staff management Customer Service/ Relationship Management: Establish&Manage relationships with Key Stakeholders. Manage Client Services Excellent Service Delivery: Deliver Client Services and maintain a client centred approach QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE: Grade 12, NATED 3 / NCV Level 3. A Bookkeeping Diploma would be preferred. Accounting / Credit Management Qualification would be advantageous. Experience in a similar Position for 2 – 4 years. Experience within the Shipping&Maritime Industry for 2 – 4 KEY ATTRIBUTES: Ability to build high performance teams. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
