(Targets to be provided). Reporting to: Branch Manager Principal Areas of Responsibilities:  Developing new business within Key Accounts Ensuring adherence to all Key clients main agreements, SOW’s, SLA’s and pricing agreementsBuilding a database of commonly hired skills in addition to skills required to support clients future resource requirementsMarketing and cross-selling all solution offerings to Key stakeholdersTo work closely with Business and Regional Managers to communicate Global and Key clients requirementsTo manage a portfolio of Key account relationships.Meeting with Key client contacts to understand clients future projects and resource plans, and continuously build client relationsDiscovering the extent and nature of competitor use and endeavour to supply in these areasIdentifying prospects for Manpower to supply into SOW (Statement of Work) and Service-based Contract opportunitiesTo manage service reviews with Key clients on a monthly or quarterly basis in terms of KPI’s and SLA requirements  Retaining existing business Maintaining regular contact with existing clients to ensure full business potential is realizedAddressing all problems as they happen, identifying (with Manager) possible solutions and implementing them timeouslyMaintaining profitable margins through appropriate charge and pay rates, within agreed corporate guidelinesDeveloping client relationships through appropriate, well planned visits and interactionMaintaining accurate, well organized documentationResponsible to oversee and sign off Admin Assistant’s payroll amendments, inclusions and amendmentsMitigating risks by timeously highlighting any possible threat from either competitors or client change managementEnsuring that all applicants are carefully referenced, within both corporate and individual clients' requirements  Effective administration The preparation of client documentation including but not limited to SLA’s, Global/National queries proposals, presentations and pricing agreements.To communicate all client SLA and pricing requirements to Business and Regional Managers.Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and efficientlyMaintaining accurate daily and weekly figures, as required by managementResponsible for accurate weekly and monthly forecasting figuresConducting surveys on a quarterly basis with both clients and temporary workers to obtain feedback on service and value-addAssisting with the compiling of proposals and presentations for RPO and MSP solution offerings To ensure that Manpower SA becomes the staffing partner of choice through an effective and professional Business Development campaignOverall accountability for the release of an accurate payroll and invoicing functions for specific key clientsEnsuring accuracy of monthly payroll submissions   Deliver a quality service to customers Responding to all applicants and clients in a professional mannerDemonstrating exceptional knowledge and understanding of the Recruitment industry, applicants and clients’ businesses to ensure the service meets their needsMaintaining communications with clients at all timesEnsuring that complaint handling is resolved quickly and efficientlyEnsuring that all work is conducted in accordance with Manpower’s values and standardsManage debtors process and assist the finance department by following up on outstanding payments.  Thought Leadership and Strategic Thinking Clearly understands client pain and challenges to ensure we build appropriate value propositions and solutions.
