As Operations Manager, you help us ensure that the operations within the office in Cape Town run as efficiently as possible. You will manage client projects and be closely working on the backbone of projects and ensuring that daily tasks run smoothly. This includes responsibilities such as human resource, recruiting, forecast company costs, optimize working processes and guard the quality and financial control of our projects. You will also be responsible for managing the office assistant and be closely working with the MD.
