My client, based in FIsantekraal, is looking for a Concrete Foreman with a minimum of 15 years experience in concrete construction. A huge advantage would be experience in bridge and reservoir construction. The successful person will have proven experience as a General Foreman in concrete infrastructure. They would be able to interpret blue prints, plans and drawings. Apart from outstanding organisational skills, they will furthermore have excellent time management and management skills. They would be very analytical, an excellent communicator, and a skillful problem-solver. This person must also be able to supervise concrete foremen and laborers and oversee all activities relating to the erection of concrete structures. It will include evaluating the performance of the concrete foreman and laborers, ensuring that project costs remain within budget and investigating work-related accidents. They should be able to manage project materials and resources as well as oversee the use of equipment and tools.The person would be expected to have their own vehicle and a valid driver's license. Is this you? Please note that you will not be considered if you do not meet the minimum criteria
