Key Responsibilities:Policies and Procedures: Review and implement all policies and procedures applicable, and ensure training is provided on key policies.Risk Management: Collation and support all functional areas on risk management and conduct assessments to identify and analyse risks.Compliance: Handle the processing of payments to vendors, suppliers, and other external parties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Data Capturing: Maintain accurate records by entering, updating, and verifying data.Monitor SLA Performance: Assist in the monitoring and analysing of SLA performance for clients and service providers.ISO Compliance: Monitor all ISO compliance inclusive of analysing non-conformances, accurate record-keeping for position of trusts, and management of the change management process.Data Protection: Logging and monitoring of the data protection lifecycle, inclusive of maintaining data breach records, review and implementation of data inventory frameworks, completion of data protection impact assessments, and to conduct employee awareness training. B-BBEE Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly reports, with collaboration with other functional areas and to collate all data received. This will include monitoring of performance with the objectives, and to create awareness or training initiatives.Employment Audit Support: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information. Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits of each functional unit in compliance with the organisation's policies and procedures. General Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the commercial assurance department.Ad hoc Tasks: Perform other related duties as assigned by the Commercial Assurance Director.Requirements : Bachelors degree e.g. LLB or equivalent qualification (advantageous)2-3 years Legal & compliance experience in related field (preferred)Knowledge of the Compliance RegulationsExperienced in delivering presentations to internal and external stakeholdersExcellent report-writing skillsExceptional planning and organisational skillsAbility to work under pressure and tight deadlinesExcellent leadership skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComfortable working in a complex and dynamic environmentHighly analytical with strong attention to detailA positive attitude, and easily accepts challenges and assumes accountabilityImpact and influenceSound judgement and decision-making skills
