About the client:Our client is a fast-growing digital marketing agency. Established in 2018 by a blue-chip performance marketing expert it now has a wide portfolio of clients in both Ireland & UK.Their mission is to scale e-commerce & online businesses through Google Ads, PPC, SEO, and Paid Social. They use the most advanced technologies available in both data science and machine learning to help increase clients’ sales & revenue.In 2023, they were awarded the prestigious eCommerce agency of the Year off the back of the high calibre of work delivered and also for its focus on the team's professional development.They've also been a Google Premier partner agency for three years, an accolade that has only been issued to 11 agencies in Ireland.Who they're looking for:The client is looking to expand their team in Ireland by adding an experienced and versatile Account Manager to help them retain and grow their key clients. The right person will have a proven track record in client account management and a strong understanding of helping clients see success through Ads on Google, Meta and TikTok.You’ll bridge the gap between the performance marketing team and the clients and will report directly to the managing director.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Account Leadership – You’ll help develop digital marketing strategies for clients alongside the performance delivery team. You’ll understand client objectives and translate them into digital strategies and Media plans that drive resultsMedia Planning – You’ll put together media plans and forecasts for new & existing clientsGrowth – You’ll spot opportunities where we can add more value to our clients by introducing other servicesClient Relationship Management – You’ll build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and managing client expectations, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.Team Collaboration – You’ll work closely with internal teams, those responsible for the performance and technical aspects of our work, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.Market Trends and Insights – You’ll stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. You’ll use this knowledge to enhance campaign effectiveness and provide value-added consultancy to clients.Qualifications:A minimum of 4 years experience in Client services, with a good understanding of Google Ads and SEO Meta ads.Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts in a digital marketing context.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.Strong analytical skills, with a knack for interpreting data and deriving actionable insights.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.This role will be the first in our client services team and the right candidate would be building out this team furtherWhat they OfferHolidays - 25 days + sick leaveOpportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative and innovative work environment.Gift VouchersTraining & Development Budget#J-18808-Ljbffr
