Eddyfi Technologies is looking for a calibration and repair technician to join our team. Your daily life: As a key member of the team , you will be responsible for the calibration and maintenance of our instrumentation equipment in our laboratory and at customer sites. This position involves regular local and international travel. Therefore, you are expected to have a professional level of English, enabling you to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with all those involved (inside and outside the company). In this role, you will: Carry out calibration and preventive maintenance on electronic equipment to ensure smooth operation. Carry out troubleshooting, repairs, and final quality control. Be able to analyze electrical diagrams and identify faulty components, and possibly find technical workarounds in conjunction with our R&D department. For certain customers, perform calibrations and/or repairs on site. Ensure traceability of each intervention through clear and precise documentation. Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide them with appropriate solutions during on-site interventions. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing superior service. Maintain production and quality standards in line with corporate norms. Communicate irregularities in calibration procedures. Use precision tools and measuring devices to perform activities. All other technical tasks related to customer service. What We’re Looking For: Degree in electronics or measurement and instrumentation. Minimum two years' experience in after-sales service on electronic products. Open-minded and willing to travel, including abroad when necessary. Ability to operate in an environment characterized by high standards of customer satisfaction. Excellent communication skills in English ( French an asset).
