We like to promote from within: Here’s your chance.This position reports to the Accountant.Your responsibilities will include:Create and maintain business partner accountsReconciliations of business partner accountsResolve business partner queriesPreparation of statements and distribution thereof to business partnersPreparation of various billings and invoices to business partnersAssist with internal queries on business partnersProcessing transactions on accounts payable and accounts receivableMaintaining the age-analyses on accounts payable and receivableFollowing up with debtors regarding overdue accounts receivableProcessing of daily transactionsReconciliation of control accountsProcessing of daily refunds based on various payment methodsAssistance with creation and maintenance of couponsAssistance with daily, weekly and monthly reportingResponsible for daily bank uploads and bank reconciliationsProcessing of overhead invoices and paymentsAdditional ad hoc duties, as required within the finance departmentAttributes required:Accuracy and attention to detailAnalytical and problem solving skillsGood communication skills, interpersonal skillsAbility to interpret statementsWork under pressureDeadline drivenRequirements:A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar roleAdvanced ExcelBasic knowledge of Sage Evolution knowledge would be beneficialA Bcom degreeLet’s talk about life @ Mr DThe power is in your hands: We offer a market-related, Total Remuneration Package which allows full flexibility according to your needs.
