This includes launching programmes in new schools and launching additional labs in active schools. The GL will be responsible for ensuring that the region's development plans are implemented in accordance with growth processes and within the timeframes specified. The GL will be in charge of actively building their respective pipelines in each region by helping schools to achieve the intervention's eligibility requirements. This will necessitate regular visits to all pipeline schools. The Head of Growth will assess the effectiveness of new school deployments by reviewing success metrics (such as usage) one month post launch. What you'll do Develop a pipeline of new schools that fit the company's criteria Implement guidance and support for launching new schools Deliver regional-specific quarterly growth plans Work closely with service providers and oversee work done in launching new labs Collect project documentation and implementation data accurately, and report on project statuses Present to Principals and HODs Be responsible for district collaboration with e-learning stakeholders Work closely with the Training Coordinator (TC) to ensure growth plans are met There are skills needed by the organisation that may be identified above and beyond what the role requires. These may be assigned to you as part of your role. Key performance indicators: The Growth Manager will conduct monthly KPI sessions. The following metrics will be assessed Schools launched in accordance with growth plans Accurate collection and storage of documents and data Meetings with educational districts What you'll need Minimum qualification: Matric certificate A valid driver’s licence and own transport At least 4 years of work experience Strong project management and people skills Strong organisational, logistical, and planning skills Experience in the public education sector will be advantageous To be proficient in G-Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Personal attributes: To be flexible and able to multitask while prioritising To work within an ambitious, fast-moving environment, whilst also driving towards clarity and solutions The ability to guide people and systems The ability to work under pressure and think on your feet To be a critical, outcomes and solution-based thinker Sound administration skills The ability to work cooperatively with others A strong affinity and attention to the process To be energetic, proactive, and a self-starter who is able to use initiative and work independently A willingness and openness to learning new things To be enthusiastic about E-learning A willingness to travel to rural areas and townships To find out more, click Apply or head on over to Crayon to review the full spec and apply?
