As a Remote Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for our clients, as well as bringing in new business opportunities. Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding. Actively seek new business opportunities and expand our client base through networking and cold outreach. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure effective and efficient service delivery. Requirements: Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role, with a track record of successful placements. Familiarity with recruitment techniques and best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Fully equipped for remote work, including access to a laptop, cellphone, and high-speed internet connection.
