Location : Cape Town CBD Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Process Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Business Process Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing our organization's business processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. This is a key role that requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive change within the organization. Responsibilities: Lead the analysis of current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for optimization. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define business objectives, and prioritize process improvement initiatives. Design and document new business processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and enhance productivity. Implement process improvement initiatives, monitor their effectiveness, and make adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to leverage technology solutions and automation tools to support business process optimization. Provide training, guidance, and support to employees on new processes and procedures to ensure successful implementation and adoption. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of business processes and track progress over time. Continuously monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business process management to stay informed and make recommendations for improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in business process management, process improvement, or business analysis roles. Experience with PeopleHR Experience with CRM's (Hubspot) Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes, identify root causes, and develop actionable recommendations. Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion. Advanced knowledge of process mapping tools, BPMN, Lean Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience with process automation, workflow management systems, or business process management (BPM) software is a plus.
