Ce-I follows the approach below in order toachieve its strategic goal enablement (top down), this approach should befollowed by the successful bidder in delivery the services: • Understanding the strategic goals andthe support business architecture • Obtaining an understanding of how ourinformation and data assets will be leveraged. • Determine the application landscapeand roadmap required. • Identify the in place and requiredtechnology components. • Opportunity identication (bottom up)shall be facilated through portfolio management activities such as ApplicationPortfolio Management (APM) where Applications are analysed, categorised, classified,and managed through their lifecycle. • Departmental agility, resilience andenablement will be supported by having timeous and relevant information sets onwhich to act form basis for a wide variety of decisions making. • Develop a Business InformationStrategy. • Develop information views andtaxonomies. • Business process information alignment. • Guide data and information integration. • Design and guide informationgovernance and standards • Contribute to EA framework andgovernance. Requirements · NQF 6 or higher tertiaryqualifications. · Must have a valid (not expired) ITarchitecture certificate. · TOGAF (The Open Group ArchitectureFramework) v9 or later certification is preferred but would not be detrimentalto the bidder, should the resource not have a TOGAF certificate. · Minimum of 5 years’ experience as anEnterprise Architect. · Minimum of 2 years’ experience as aSolution Architect. #J-18808-Ljbffr
