Develop the level of technology, techniques and workflow procedures used in the RT dept Active participation in determination and implementation of management objectives Plays an integral part in organizing and monitoring the treatment section to meet the needs of those patients receiving Radiation Therapy services. Supervises and trains all therapy personnel Supervises equipment management, administration of the quality assurance plan. Attends and participates in department committees and meetings. Assists department in meeting strategic goals and objectives Manages the technical staff (Radiation Therapists and Lead Radiation Therapist) and oversees the clinical operations of the Radiation Oncology patient treatment areas The management of the radiation therapist staff includes maintaining proper staffing levels, hiring and terminating staff as appropriate, performing performance evaluations and initiating any disciplinary action as needed. Manages accurate radiation services to patients. Desired Experience&Qualification BTech / BSc Radiotherapy is preferable.
