You should also be comfortable working under pressure, as your work may involve managing multiple projects at once. RequirementsDemonstrates problem analysis techniques and is creative and innovative when handling workstation problems.Gathers relevant information from the customer, other users, documentation, and communications systems.Coordinates with peers and additional resources for incident analysis, resolution, and management.Provides direct client support to resolve computer issues.QualificationsThree years of experience in an Avaya environment preferred.Avaya certification is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field required3+ years of experience in software development and/or IT architecture.
