Generalist HR input and assignments as requiredRequirementsRelevant tertiary qualificationPreferably 3 + years’ experience in an HR environment or related experienceSome experience or exposure to writing and developing material for trainingThe confidence and experience to facilitate training to groupsThe experience required to perform a generalist HR roleTechnical Competencies:Experience in Training and DevelopmentPotential to mentor othersExcellent writing skillsPresentation and facilitations skillsOrganised and able to execute the implementation of HR ProjectsResearch skillsComputer literate with excellent Excel skills.
