Job Description:Design machinery in the most efficient and cost effective mannerCreate detailed manufacturing drawings adhering to acknowledged manufacturing standardsCompile part specifications, Bill of Materials (BOMs), production orders, and manualsImplement engineering change proposals (ECPs) on designsIssue revisions and updates to manufacturing drawings, material lists, and machine manualsLay out customer manufacturing areasDraft Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID)Provide technical support during manufacturing processes and for on-site technicians Skills & Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in machine design and manufacturingMinimum of 2 years' CAD experienceProficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and 2D CADCompetence in 3D CAD machine designAbility to work independently and within a teamWillingness to travel nationally and internationally Qualification:BSc/BEng/BTech/NDip Mechanical Engineering Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
