RESPONSIBILITIESPromoting and selling tiles to Contractors, Developers and Corporate businessUsing Contracts Software system to canvass business opportunitiesMonitor relevant websites for new business opportunitiesAccurate completing of contract documents from start to finish and submissionProspect and generate new clientele through cold calling, canvassing and networkingSet up systems and procedures for the smooth and efficient running of the contracts division.Provide clients with all information regarding measurements, colour, grade, price, stock availability and use of tiling productsBe a brand ambassador to project a positive sales and company imageREQUIREMENTSGrade 125+ years proven external sales experience within this sector essentialPrevious experience in tiles and the building industry essentialExperience with networking with Corporate businesses, Property Developers & Building Contractors essential.Experience with statutory requirements for tenders and RFQsAttention to detail with the ability to drive performance and processes forward adhering to strict deadlinesMust be a self leader, organised and collaborative in work across functional teams.Well-presented and have a professional approach to businessBe goal driven and results orientatedAble to maintain existing and establish new client relationshipsMust be an excellent communicator at all levels (read, write and speak) fluent in English and preferably AfrikaansExcellent computer literacy skills (intermediate to advanced level) in Microsoft package (especially Excel).Must be based in central Cape Town and must be able to travelOwn reliable car, laptop and cell phone essentialBe willing to work on a 12 month contract basis.PACKAGER50,000 (Per Month Total Cost To Company)#J-18808-Ljbffr
