This hybrid role involves overseeing the workflow of our design projects and providing essential support to the Head of Marketing and the wider team. You'll ensure smooth operations, timely delivery, and high-quality output of graphic design work while coordinating various marketing activities. Please note that only candidates who are currently residing in Cape Town will be considered for the role. Key Responsibilities: Traffic Management: Manage the pipeline, resourcing, and delivery of graphic design work for SAOTA, ARRCC, and OKHA. Collaborate with Graphic Designers and Brand Managers to assign, prioritize, and complete tasks on time. Monitor quality, provide feedback, and solve production issues. Marketing Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels. Support content creation, social media management, data analysis, and event coordination. Conduct market research and collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent branding. General Department Support: Manage diaries, schedule meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points. Assist with travel arrangements, administrative tasks, and maintaining various databases. Uphold SAOTA procedures and standards, ensuring compliance and professionalism. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Traffic Manager, Project Manager, or Personal Assistant in a graphic design agency or marketing department. Bachelor's degree or diploma in project management or a related field. Familiar with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy. All Employees are required to have an uncapped 20Mbps (up/down) minimum Internet Connectivity line. Advantageous Requirements: Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Key Characteristics: Strong attention to detail and aesthetics. Organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure. Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information.
