Outsourced CFO & Advisory Consultant (CA) Job Overview: Our client, a professional services business aimed at SMEs in the UK, is seeking a CA(SA) with UK practice accounting/auditing experience for a managerial role. The ideal candidate should hold a CA(SA) or ICAEW qualification with some experience or an interest in obtaining UK accounting/audit firm experience. They should demonstrate attention to detail, possess SA and some UK accounting expertise or interest, and excel in financial management and advisory services. Additionally, the candidate should exhibit a growth mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, leadership capabilities, and a desire to contribute to our dynamic growth trajectory.Key Responsibilities:Provide Outsourced Financial Management and CFO services to SA and potentially UK clients.Lead and upskill the team in SA, and potentially UK, accounting standards.Requirements:CA(SA) or ICAEW qualification.Knowledge of UK accounting standards with the ability to review and sign off on annual accounts.Ideal Candidate:Shares our commitment to purpose-driven financial stewardship.Passionate about outsourced FM & CFO functions.Strong knowledge of SA and some UK accounting principles and regulations.Possesses attention to detail and excellent client interpersonal skills.Enjoys traveling and engaging with UK clients.Demonstrates leadership abilities and team management skills.Adaptable and thrives in a dynamic environment.Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero (Xero experience is advantageous).Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.Excellent organizational & time management skills.Passion for leveraging technology and software for automation and efficiency.Area: Somerset WestSalary: R50 000-R60 000 CTC (depending on experience)Type: Hybrid role (In-office presence of 3 days preferred).
