Currently, this company monitors via space satellites the structural stability and health of public and private civil infrastructures such as buildings, railways, roads, bridges, dams, pipelines and docks.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of experts in Earth Observation (EO)Develop and implement strategic visions for the evolution of EO technologies and their market applicationsOversee software development processes, ensuring efficient and effective software factory practicesDrive innovation in AI applications within the EO domain, from concept to deploymentManage intellectual property (IP) portfolios, ensuring proper protection and utilization of innovationsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals with market needs and opportunitiesRequirements:Advanced degree in Earth Observation (EO), Geospatial Sciences, Remote Sensing, or related field, or equivalent experienceProven track record in the EO industry, with hands-on experience and knowledge of the latest advancementsDemonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, with a clear vision for market evolution and strong leadership skillsExperience in collaborating with software development unitsExpertise in AI technologies applied to EOKnowledge and experience in managing intellectual property, including patents and trade secretsMust be based in or willing to relocate to Rome, ItalyDarwin Recruitment is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.James Godfrey#J-18808-Ljbffr
