Reference: 9503 SJ Consultant: Sone Johnson Job Description: Partake in 26 week training programme, covering all aspects of the business Driving Governance at site with financial manager and management accountant Understanding all inputs into finance and the Income statement Ensuring the financial compliance of the business meets the standard s as outlined per standardised Group operating procedures and work instructions Assisting with the roll out of standardisation at business unit Working capital management: Debtors: Ensuring compliance to processes regarding CRMS, POD’s and rebates Creditors: Ensuring all liabilities are recorded, all compliance linked to the operational aspects of order origination , POD’s, receipting and cost recording is managed in line with SOPs and work instructions. Stock: Ensuring Group SOP’s are being adhered to. P erform p eriodic internal audit with Group function Qualifications: 3-year BCom Degree and completed articles will be beneficial Be able to demonstrate leadership skills and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
