Job Description A large retailer is seeking the skills of a suitably qualifiedFinancial Analystto join the company's commercial team. The role of the Financial Analyst exists to assist with the analysis of the financial results of the group, which includes: Review and challenge financial results, forecasts and budget (P&L, Cash Flow, KPI's) including deviation analysis Provide financial analysis for retail and web channel, monitoring the results, tracking business KPI's Support management in developing action plans Implement and control group policies and procedures Participate in projects in finance and accounting Coordinates group requests with the subsidiaries (information collection, summary and presentation) Role reports to Group Director: Commercial Analysis and Planning Requirements Degree in Business administration or related areas Minimum 5 years of experience in a multinational environment Previous experience in a BTC business and FP&A Auditing experience would be an asset Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Extensive knowledge of BI IFRS knowledge is necessary To succeed in this role, you'll need these attributes Able to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently Well organised - proactive, rigorous and flexible Service-oriented and courteous Capable of working with minimum supervision Able to adhere to tight deadlines and work under pressure Superior critical-thinking skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
