ROLE PURPOSETo implement and manage a cleaning solution for Clients in accordance with the SLAMAIN OUTPUTSResponsible for driving cleaning and hygiene for the ClientEnsure delivery of efficient service as outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA)Implementation of an effective HSE, Quality & Risk Management system in conjunction with the Operations Manager, and in accordance to Client needsConduct daily audits on services rendered and ensure that prescribed work quality and standards are sustainedAssist in the management of projects and provide technical support, where applicableIdentify gaps and deficiencies in services, advise and effect solutions as part of Continuous Improvement on services renderedExplore and recommend innovative methods, based on best practices, in order to bring about cost-effective solutionsProvide monthly reports and feedback on continued compliance to the SLABuilding strategic relationships both internally and externallyManage staff performance & facilitate improvement through regularly monitoring performance & providing required coaching, support & feedbackManage performance & conflicts within subordinate employees & effect corrective actions, in line with company policies/procedureEnsure adequate staff placement i.e. prepare suitable shift-roster and manage/approve applicable leave for subordinate employeesResponsible for training, coaching, mentoring & development of subordinate employeesImplement cleaner work schedules and evaluate and manage performanceQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSThe Applicant must meet the following requirements:NQF Level 6: Diploma Property Management, Project Management, Operations Management or related formal qualificationMatric (Senior Certificate)Valid SA Drivers License3 years relevant experience in Facilities Management, CRM, Property Management & Financial ManagementFacilities Management, CRM, Property ManagementMS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Project & MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level), PRPKnowledge of OHS Act, ISO 9001 Quality ManagementFUNDAMENTAL COMPETENCIESInitiative/ProactivityDeadline Driven & Highly MotivatedStress TolerantExcellent Written CommunicationSolid Supervisory SkillsSubordinates Capacity BuildingCustomer FocusNegotiation SkillsAnalytical SkillsPlanning/Scheduling/Objective SettingTeamwork & PartneringRelationship BuildingInteractive ReasoningExcellent Oral Communication#J-18808-Ljbffr
