Roving ACFI Coordinator Central Coast, Newcastle and Northern NSWRewarding development opportunityAn opportunity has become available for a Roving ACFI Co-ordinator to join our team. As our new Roving ACFI Coordinator, you will report directly to the ACFI Manager however on a day to day basis you will work closely with our Residential Managers to support the Homes with ACFI optimization ensuring every resident receives the appropriate amount of funding based on assessed care needs.The role will be based in our aged care Homes primarily covering Homes on the Central Coast, Newcastle and Northern NSW.  Additionally, some occasional travel will be required to Sydney to attend meetings at our Macquarie Park head office or conduct ACFI assessments in Sydney Homes.  Travel expenses out of area will be reimbursed.To be considered a successful candidate, you will have:Demonstrated experience working in an aged care environment as a Registered Nurse or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (preferred)Thorough clinical reasoning, analytical, assessment and care planning skills;Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills;Demonstrated knowledge of the Aged Care Funding Instrument and the Aged Care Standards and Accreditation;Experience as an ACFI Coordinator or in a comparable role desirableExperience using electronic clinical care systems e.g. eCase desirableStrong organisational and time management skillsHave strong initiative and be a self-starterExcellent attention to detail
