Region NCE > SBU NCE Service > Troubleshooting Offshore & Multibrand NCEResponsibilitiesYour main responsibilities will be:Handling stopped turbines on daily basis in a shift plan, partial working on weekendsSupport Supervision and monitoring of turbine performance and alarm status on a daily basis with a focus on identifying proactive maintenance before generation impacted with a target for improving LPF at siteAdvanced remote troubleshootingSupport on Technical planning tasks with ERP System (SAP)On-site support in troubleshooting of difficult-to-solve/first-of-its-kind issuesParticipate in Offshore Technical Support / Offshore Engineering led technical customer meetings together with Service Manager and Customer ManagerEvaluating technical customer questions and reports, and providing answers and presenting technical matters at customer meetingsQualificationsYou will have a proven history from a mechanical, electrical or hydraulics background within a similar industry.Electrical or mechanical education combined with experience from the wind industry. (Or, relevant technical education, such as: Electrical, Mechanical)Full authorization on the Vestas V164 Turbine (preferred)Engineering background would be beneficialExperience in the field in troubleshooting or other technical experience with the different Vestas turbinesAdvanced PC skills - SAP, Microsoft office suiteGood knowledge of WTG control systemsStrong communication skills in English, both oral and in writingCompetenciesAs a person, we believe you have/are:Ability to participate effectively as part of a cross-regional team / North Central Europe (NCE) team.• Ability to organize and prioritize tasksAbility to work both with limited supervision and as a part of the teamGood pragmatical and problem-solving skillsAffinity to work within different systems to analyse root-cause and document solutionsHigh attention to detail and a solid commitment to qualityWhat we offerYou will be part of a fast-growing, fast-paced business that will provide a diverse range of challenges.
