LODGE MANAGER * Hospitality Management Diploma or equivalent * Minimum 5 Year's Lodge working experience in 4 or 5 * (Star) - An Advantage * Excellent Operational experience including HR, Admin, Finance, FOH & Guest experience * Knowledge and experience of Lodge Operations, including Front Desk, Kitchen/Chef and Housekeeping * Proficiency in Outlook, Excel & Word * Familiar with Nightsbridge Booking Platform and Extranets * Understanding of Financial Management principles and experience with Budgeting & Cost Control * Marketing and Social Media experience * Availability to work Flexible hours as well as extra hours, if and when required * Fluent in AFRIKAANS & ENGLISH* BOTH position must have Clean Criminal &B Credit record - will be verified
