Analyse manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs. Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing journal entries and reconciliations related to cost accounts. Participate in inventory management activities, including conducting physical inventory counts and reconciling inventory variances. Provide support in budgeting and forecasting processes by analysing cost trends and variances. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA) preferred. Proven experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of accounting principles and cost control procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
