These jobs were popular with other job seekers Our Client is lookng for Kiosk Sales Consultants to join their team and will be based in various areas in South Africa: KwaZulu Natal - Newcastle Mall / Hillcrest Mall / Hibiscus Mall Eastern Cape - Mall of Mthatha When submitting your application, kindly indicate which mall and area you are applying for Requirements: Matric or NQF equivalent Knowledge of customer service principles and processes Basic business administration knowledge Flexible and able to work shifts, which may include night work, weekends and public holidays Able to travel and be available to work at different Kiosks in the area, if required Customer service orientated Sales driven and ability to up-sell Goal and target driven Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to understand and display a good understanding of sales principles and processes Dynamic and high energy levels Ability to merchandise products The main purpose of this position: The Kiosk Sales Consultant focuses on offering a superior customer service to all customers, emphasising on selling and up-selling products, including the ‘Customer Journey’ A key focus of this role is to ensure that sales targets are reached and customer queries are resolved through product knowledge, research and troubleshooting A Kiosk Sales Consultant is responsible for safe keeping of all company property and assets, facilitating stock control, processing sales, handling cash, and following all clients Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies at all times Duties&Responsibilities: Offering a superior customer service to all customers, emphasising on selling the clients products and ‘Customer Journey’ Selling and upselling products to existing and new customers Reaching sales target Ensuring the safe keeping of all company property at the kiosks/work station, including, but limited to - Company computers/laptops, phones, stock, money, equipment and related resources Ensure that all point of sale (POS) procedures are followed in line with standard operating procedures Facilitate the kiosk stock control process, which may include replenish stock, doing stock takes, safe keeping of stock, and ensuring that stock does not get damaged/lost/stolen, doing inter-branch transfers (IBT) and receiving of stock deliveries Handling of cash and card sales, processing of sales, banking, cash-ups, and managing the float Understanding and displaying knowledge of the brand, products, policies, procedures and ethos General housekeeping of the kiosk and ensuring that your kiosk and work station, including personal appearance represents the company's professionalism, the quality of products, and care for customers Complete all paperwork/administration relating to a sale Perform research on the competition's services These jobs were popular with other job seekers #J-18808-Ljbffr
